Meet Rhiannon

The old adage, "There's no place like home"  from L. Frank Baum is just as true for me as it is for everyone else, and that is why when I am not helping clients, you can find me hanging out with my husband (Tony) and our two rescue cats (Bangers & Mash) as we all watch our favorite football club, Liverpool FC win matches ;)

When it comes to Real Estate over the past 11 years, I have been fortunate enough to help buyers, sellers & investors in the Metro Vancouver market reach their Real Estate Goals.

My specialty is Transitional Real Estate, which at its core is helping individuals and families that are in highly emotional or exciting times when buying or selling property. People who value this high level of service are families and individuals going through a divorce, losing a loved one, downsizing, relocation, and first-time homebuyers.

Master Certified Negotiating Expert
Certified Transition Coach
Seniors Real Estate Specialist
Personal Real Estate Corporation

I have sought out Education to support my clients. I have studied and achieved my MCNE Designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), completing 48 hours of negotiation training and tactics based on the Harvard Negotiation Program models.

In 2016 I attended the Certified Coaching Alliance and received my CTC Designation (Certified Transition Coach) to enhance my client offering to coach clients through large transitions.

Finally, I attained my SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), ensuring that individuals I help downsize are well cared for. Individuals choose to work with me because of experience, knowledge, and commitment to excellence.

Having worked in the customer service environment for over fifteen years and many years in sales, transitioning into Real Estate was a no-brainer. Not only do I love being around people, but I also have a passion for doing more, going that extra mile, and helping others. I cannot think of a better way to help to do that than to help clients find their forever home.

From the moment I moved to Vancouver, I fell in love with this city and all the beauty this province offers. Therefore, when I am not in the office or assisting clients, you can find me outdoors biking the seawall, hanging out at the beach, or sipping some Happy Hour bevies with friends on the patios, but FIRST, I'll be hitting up the gyms and fitness studios.

My specialty in Real Estate is Buyers, more specifically, First Time Buyers and Relocation. As I relocated to Vancouver a few years ago, I know firsthand just how scary moving here can be, BUT that is where I come in. With my knowledge of downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas, I'll take all that home search weight off your shoulders, and together we'll find you a place that checks off all your boxes.

I've been passionate about real estate since my early years growing up in the north of Mexico.

I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others and found my true calling in real estate serving clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. My goal is to transform a regularly stressful and complex process into a smooth, enjoyable and memorable experience for my clients. After completing high school, I moved to Prince George, British Columbia, where I worked as a Counter Manager for Lancôme and gained valuable experience in sales, management and customer service. When the pandemic hit, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate and moved to Vancouver, where I became a licensed REALTOR®.

I spent most of my childhood in chess tournaments around the continent as a professional chess player and won a silver medal in the national olympics of my country at 11 years old. Growing up in a competitive environment taught me discipline, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic while also making me a very detail-oriented person, which makes me a reliable source when searching for your next home!

Not quite ready to buy or sell but curious about neighbourhood options, local schools, and current real estate market information? Don’t be shy! Reach out to me, I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have.

    Administration Operations

Born and raised in Mexico City, Israel Mendiola Vilchis worked in Mexico's Central Bank for over thirteen years. He held positions as a senior purchase analyst and a planning and project senior analyst, which helped him develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of the importance of communication between customers, suppliers, and businesses.

One of his passions has always been real estate, and he has been interested in working within this sector for many years. His passion for real estate started when he bought his first apartment and understood how important it is to provide help suited to the needs and interests instead of just selling something.

Outside the work, Israel Mendiola Vilchis is a big fan of soccer, and he is really into swimming and hiking. In addition, he enjoys exploring the beautiful nature of Vancouver and discovering new places around the city with his wife, Sofia.
